How long does delivery take within the UAE?
Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days across the UAE.
What is the shipping fee?
We charge a flat rate of AED 20 for orders below AED 500. Orders above AED 500 qualify for free shipping.
Do you ship outside the UAE?
Currently, we deliver only within the UAE. Shipping to GCC countries will be available soon.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with a small service fee.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not issue refunds. Approved returns are eligible for exchange only.
What items are non-returnable?
Opened or used beauty products, sale items, gift cards, and personalized/custom products cannot be returned.
