Return Window We have a 3‑day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Evidence (such as photos or videos) must be provided to confirm the damage before a return is approved.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. ALL’A AL Beauty does not cover return shipping fees.

Exchanges Only We do not issue refunds. Instead, once your return is approved, you will be eligible to exchange the product for another item of equal value.

Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care and beauty products that have been opened or used (scrubs, creams, oils, etc.).

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale items or gift cards.

Process To start a return, contact us at allaalbeauty@gmail.com. If approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
